1. Scope of Services
Reflyo delivers:

Given the immaterial, scheduled nature of these services, the refund process is designed to be fair while acknowledging scheduling and therapist availability constraints.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

No-Show by Therapist
If your appointment is missed or canceled by your assigned counsellor without prior notice and not rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe, you’re eligible for a full refund or rebooking. -
Technical Failure
If the session is interrupted or inaccessible due to platform issues (e.g., inability to connect, dropped calls), and the issue cannot be resolved during or shortly after the session, a refund or session replacement is applicable. -
Double Billing or Payment Error
If you’re charged more than once for the same session or encounter a clear billing error.
Refund requests must be submitted via support@reflyo.com within 48 hours of the session time.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of Mind
Rescheduling preferences, cancellation due to personal reasons, or dissatisfaction unrelated to service execution. -
Late Cancellations or No-Shows by Client
If you fail to attend your scheduled session or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be issued. -
Partial or Brief Attendance
Attending part of the session—even if shortened—does not qualify for partial refunds.
4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request a rescheduling of a booked session if made at least 24 hours in advance.

We will strive to accommodate your request, subject to therapist availability.

If you’re unable to reschedule and provide valid notice, your session may be converted to credit for future use instead of being refunded.

Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution and could lead to suspension of your ability to book further sessions.
